Together we "Unite and Deliver."
LISTINGS: (How to BUY/SELL a Rig with RSO)
Our website is continuously a work in progress. We are consistently coming up with new ways to serve you better. New equipment is added all the time, so remember that what you see today, may not be what is there tomorrow, or even later tonight.
If you want to list a piece of equipment, the process is very simple.
1st - Contact Us - either by phone, email, or via of our Contact forms on the Contact Page.
There is absolutely NO CHARGE to the seller for a basic listing of equipment, and many other solutions are available. Please have a look at our SERVICES page.
We do not offer exclusive listings, or have exclusive contracts of any kind. It is your equipment, and it would be unethical for us to claim any rights to it.
The ONLY contract you will ever need to sign with us is if you wish to inspect a piece of equipment at its physical location. This is in effort to prevent non-serious inquiries and "tire kicking" to our clients, as well as to protect ours and our client's investments in the services we have provided.
PAYMENT:
Within three days of agreeing purchasing an item, you must submit the full purchase price. After you purchase an item, an RSO representative will give you instructions on submitting your payment into the secure bank account assigned to your transaction. Payments must be made by electronic funds transfer (EFT), this is the fastest and most secure payment method, and eliminates the waiting period typically associated with checks, money orders, and other forms of payment. (We do not accept money orders, cashiers checks, or personal/business checks)
A secure bank account is used for two main reasons:
1. To assure clients that they will receive their equipment, or payments, in a timely manner, and to avoid any disputes or discrepancies.
2. You will be able to track your payment through the secure bank account using EFT to ensure arrival. No one gets paid or receives equipment until all terms have been met.
Once full payment from the buyer has posted into the secure bank account assigned to the transaction, RSO will notify the buyer and seller alike that the money has been deposited. At this point the buyer will be granted permission to arrange equipment transport/shipment, and the seller will be granted permission to transfer any titles associated with the equipment. After any titles have been transferred and transportation arrangements have been made, RSO will authorize the secure bank account to release the funds to the seller.
TRANSPORTATION/SHIPPING:
Rig Sales Online has authorized several transportation providers to quote loads to our clients and customers. Before purchasing a piece of equipment, you can request to have a transportation estimate sent to you. After purchasing a piece of equipment, all you have to do is request to receive transportation quotes from RSO authorized transportation providers, and we will notify you by email or phone when you receive quotes. This is a free, no obligation service provided by RSO.
*IF you do not wish to use one of our authorized transportation providers, then you are responsible for arranging transportation by your own means.
For international exports, special consulting may be needed and arrangements can be provided.
*all equipment offered by Rig Sales Online is on an "as is, where is"
basis, even though we verify our listings, we still cannot guarantee
100% accuracy or that the equipment listed is in valid working
condition.Any purchase through Rig Sales Online agrees to be bound by the "as is, where is" statement.
